Shipping and delivery policy

 

Domestic Shipping (Shipping within India)

  1. All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from date of receipt of order on Monday to Saturday.
  2. For shipping destination in India, we work with any of the following carriers Ecomm Express, Delhivery, Amex, Fedex, India Post, Blue Dart. The choice of carrier and change in carrier is at the discretion of the Spicesafari Commercial Venture LLP (spicesafari).
  3. Free shipping is offered on cart value over and above Rs. 299, below that a minimum charge of Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping and handling which will be automatically added to the cart at the time of checkout.
  4. The free shipping cart value and shipping and handling charges can be changed at any given time without prior intimation.
  5. Any transit damages will be borne by the company.  
  6. Delivery takes anywhere between 5 – 7 working days’ post shipment based on the location and standard delivery time of the carrier.

 

International Shipping (Rest of the world)

  1. All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours from date of receipt of order on Monday to Saturday.
  2. For express shipping destination outside India, we work with UPS / Aramex or Fedex with an expected delivery anywhere between 7 -10 working days’ post shipment.
  3. Regular shipments are sent through Indian Post Service – India Post and delivery takes anywhere between 15 -21 working days.
  4. Free shipping is offered on cart value over and above USD25, below that a minimum charge of USD10 is charged towards shipping and handling which will be automatically added to the cart at the time of checkout.
  5. Additional charge of USD 20 is charged in case of express shipping; the charge is automatically added to the cart at the time of checkout.
  6. The free shipping cart value and shipping and handling charges can be changed at any given time without prior intimation.
  7. Custom charges – In case any custom charges have been levied by customs or any clearance agency of the country is to be borne by the customer. This will be recovered directly by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
  8. In case of any rejections at the time of custom clearance due to any food law or regulation of the respective country. The company shall not be responsible for the same and it will not be considered as non fulfilment of the order.  However, we will attempt to address any query raised at customs.
