Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  1. Cancellation by Customer - You as a customer can cancel your order anytime prior to despatch by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Payment will be refunded within 7 working days from date of cancelation.
  2. Cancellation by spicesafari.com – We can cancel the order post placement due to any internal reason. Refund process and payment will be refunded in full post initiation to customer. Payment will be refunded within 7 working days from date of cancellation.
  3. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  4. Return - We have a return policy only in case of damaged in transit, expired and sub-standard quality of product. The product will be picked up from the same location as delivery. In case the pack has been opened, then 95% of the product content should be returned.
  5. Refunds - We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note (if already paid for by the customer) for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills or request for refund to the bank or debit or credit card from which the payment was made.
  6. Credit note towards will be made within 15 days from date of receipt of product into our warehouse and completion of inspection. In case of sub-standard quality or any other product quality issue we will issue credit note only on confirmation from manufacturer.
