Ingredients Kashmiri Red Chilli, Yellow Chilli Powder, Rose Petals, Dhania Powder, Dhania Whole, Zeera, Redchilli, Haldi, Garam Masala Powder, Pepper, Shahzeera, Kalounji And Other Spices
How to use / Recipes Seekh Kabab Masala


500 gms Mutton Mince (with 50 gms fat added )

1 onion finely chopped

3 green chilies finely chopped

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste

2-3 tbsp Zaiqa Kabab Masala

1 tsp Haldi powder

Pinch of kesari colour (optional)


Saute onion and green chili in 1 tsp oil for 4-5 mins. Mix well all ingredients, marinate for 2-3 hours. Skewer them on bamboo sticks, grill for 20 mins in OTG or pan fry them with little oil Or Barbeque.

Kabab-e-Akbari (Anjeer Kabab with Pista Crunch)


500 gms Chicken boneless pieces

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

80-100 gms dried figs (soaked &ground to paste)

30 gms pista (finely sliced)

1 Egg white

2-3 tbsp Zaiqa Kabab Masala

1 -2 tsp red chili powder (optional)

1 tsp garam masala powder

2-3 tbsp Vinegar


Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste for 1 hour along with salt &vinegar. Second marination add fig paste, Zaiqa Kabab Masala, red chili powder, garam masala powders & salt, marinate for 23 hours minimum. Skewar the pieces, brush with egg white and coat with pista (this requires some patience J ). Pan fry them or cook in OTG for mins at 20-25 mins. Baste with butter while cooking.
