Ingredients Red Chilli powder, Dhania powder, Haldi powder, Garam Masala powder, Zeera, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Amchoor powder & Other Spices.
How to use / Recipes Achari Chicken Masala

Variation – Paneer, Bhindi, Meat & Potatoes

Ingredients: Marinade:

1 kg chicken

1 cup curd

3 tbsp Zaiqa Achari Masala

Salt

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Marinate the chicken and cook for few minutes in oil and keep aside.

For gravy

1 cup tomato paste

½ cup onion paste

Salt to taste

¼ tsp turmeric pwd

4 – fat green chillies ( bajji chillies )

3 tbsp Oil

In a pan, add oil and onions, sauté for a few mins and add tomatoes paste and turmeric pwd. Cook till oil separates and add the cooked chicken and chillies. Add a little water and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.

Tip – Deseed the big green chillies, stuff with a mixture of 1-2 tsp Zaiqa Achari MAsala and 1 tsp lime juice

Achari Kababs

Marinate Chicken boneless/paneer cubes with Curd 1 cup, Salt to taste, Mustard Oil 2-4 tbsp, Mango Chutney/Thokku Pickle 1 tbsp, red food colour, Zaiqa Achari Nazakat Masala 2-3 tsp and ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp. Skewer them, pan grill or cook in OTG for 15-20 mins @ 160 C.
